Terms & Conditions

General
The following terms apply to all orders that are placed by you the customer (referred as you in the text below) on all websites owned and operated by SlinkSki Ltd.
By placing an order on our websites you agree to comply with the terms that are stated in this document. Therefore, it is important that you read and understand the terms. If you have any questions at all, you can always contact us at info@slinkski.com.
SlinkSki Ltd is not VAT registered.

Orders
Once you have approved your order at the checkout and the order has gone through, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address that you’ve provided in the order. The order is completed when you have received your order and we have received your payment. If we cannot complete your order, we will inform you about it as soon as possible to the same email address and refund the order.
We reserve the right to sell products, that you may have ordered, until it’s out of stock. If a product that you have ordered has become out of stock, we will notify you and make a refund for the item.

Delivery
We usually pack and ship your order within a day after the order has been placed, however weekends/holidays and periods when we manage many orders can affect the packing time. The delivery time is usually 4-6 business days depending on which country you live in.

Payment
We use PayPal as well as all card payments at our checkout systems. When proceeding to checkout you can choose between using card payment or your PayPal balance.
If you have a discount code, you will find a field in the cart before proceeding to checkout where you can fill in your code. 

Returns Policy
You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us for which you have requested a refund or a replacement.
No order is completed until you have received, tried and approved the products. Therefore you have all of 14 days to return all products that you have purchased from us. This means that you can receive a full refund if you are not entirely happy. This is also applied to products that you have purchased on sale or any other special offer.
You can also choose to change your product to another size.  A replacement order can only be made to the same product but a different size. If the size you want is not available, then we ask you to please register a return instead. A replacement product is sent as soon as we have received your return package. If the new size doesn’t fit either, then a return can be made on the replacement order.
To be able to utilize the return policy, the product should be in new condition as in the same condition as when we shipped it. Any product or size labels should remain on the products for us to approve the return.
If there are any faults with the product, you are always entitled to a new product or compensation for the product. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us and we will help you right away and find a solution.
If you notice that the item shipped to you is damaged, when you have received it or picked it up, you should immediately report this. It is also important that you contact us as soon as possible If you discover an error on a product that you have ordered and explain what is wrong.
